Commissioners make 2015 appointments

The Putnam County Commissioners recently made their annual appointments of department heads and other appointed employees, choosing to leave the positions largely unchanged.

The 2015 appointments include Kathleen VanArsdale, microfilm; Brian Smith, head custodian; Tom Gilson, jail maintenance; Mike Ricketts, county highway supervisor; Robbie Cudnik, plat office/GIS; Doug Ehmen, county planner; Dave Costin, 911 director; Jerry Williamson, veterans affairs; Ken Hutcheson, Doug Crawley and Mike Phillips, custodians; Radene Varvel, highway administrative assistance; and Brenda Turner, highway secretary.

Additional appointments include County Attorney Jim Ensley, Emergency Management Director Tom Helmer, health officer Dr. Robert Heavin and SWCD Director Sue Crafton.
