Fraud program set at PCPL

A representative of the Indiana Office of the Attorney General will present a consumer protection program covering the latest scams Tuesday afternoon at the Putnam County Public Library, 102 E. Poplar St., Greencastle.

The free program is scheduled from noon to 1 p.m.

The "Don't Be A Victim" program will cover techniques used by fraudsters via telephone, email and direct mail, along with the importance of individuals protecting personal information, their credit report and freezing their credit.
