Beyond Homeless first anniversary event a success

Beyond Homeless Inc. celebrated its one year of service on March 31 by holding a fundraiser day at McDonald's.

Beyond Homeless staff and volunteers were on site throughout the day at both the Greencastle and Cloverdale McDonald's, passing the word and educating patrons about the services that are provided.

Through the generosity of McDonald's as well as additional donations and contributions, Beyond Homeless was able to raise $1,875 at this celebratory event.

BHI continues to have great need for donations and volunteers.

BHI would like to thank the entire community for the incredible support at that event as well as McDonald's for its generosity, Executive Director Tanis Monday said.
