Joint sealing project to begin Monday on U.S. 36

DANVILLE -- Putnam County drivers are advised that an Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) concrete cleaning and joint sealing project will begin on or after Monday, April 20 on U.S. 36 in Hendricks County.

The project area will be from one mile east of State Road 39 in Danville to just west of State Road 267 in Hendricks County.

The contractor will restrict one lane of traffic in the area he will be working.

Rieth-Riley Construction was awarded the $3.1 million contract.

The project is scheduled for completion in November of this year.
