"It was a good way to bounce back from a loss," SPHS coach John Briones said. "The girls played really well. I'm really proud of Olivia Arnold. It's the second time she's played that girl in two weeks. They are very evenly matched. She came away with a win and felt good about her game."

"Three singles Katie played really well," Briones said. "Just a solid performance for her all the way around. Doubles team of Allacyn Arnold and Elezabeth Bunton are feeling each other out right now. It's their first time together. They played a really good match."

"The team of Arnold and Bunton took its win 6-0 and then dug out a 7-6 (9-7) tough win to get the match in two. Cora Nuedeck and Chloe Maginity fell 6-3 and 6-4.
