Lieber SRA to celebrate Get Outdoors Day June 13

CLOVERDALE -- National Get Outdoors Day will be observed Saturday, June 13, with a variety of activities at Lieber State Recreation Area.

At noon, kids can make a pinecone bird feeder at the nature center.

Pool games are at 1 p.m. with a nature talk is at 2 at the pool.

Kids who participate in all three activities and also climb a tree can receive a Smokey Bear pin at 2:30 p.m. at the pool.

Lieber State Recreation Area (stateparks.IN.gov/2960.htm) is at 1317 W. Lieber Rd., Cloverdale.
