Cloverdale's incoming junior Cooper Neese is getting the best out of this summer. While playing for the Under Armor Association's Indy Hoosiers, Neese received his first Division I offer from head coach Marty Simmons and the University of Evansville according to Cloverdale coach Pat Rady who has coached two players that went on to play in the NBA.

The incoming junior made the All-County team this year as the runner-up for Player of the Year and captured national recruiting attention when he scored 34 points, making seven three-pointers, in the regional game against Crispus Attucks.

The offer was first reported by UA Indy Hoosiers before Neese retweeted the news on his own twitter feed.

Neese has been on the radar of many schools across the Midwest including Indiana State and Ohio State. Last season the sharp-shooter scored 17 points per game and earned 2.7 steals per game for the Clovers.
