Cloverdale Schools release 2015-16 registration info

Registration for all returning students to Cloverdale Community Schools will be conducted online beginning Tuesday, Aug. 4.

Parents will be able to register through the CCSC webpage at www.cloverdale.k12.in.us.

All state and CCSC forms required for registration are available online.

Cloverdale's first student day is Monday, Aug. 10.

All returning students will need their Harmony usernames and passwords to register. Usernames and passwords remain the same as last year.

Any parent who needs assistance or has questions about online registration should contact CCSC Database Coordinator Lynn Lotz at 765-795-4664 or each individual school office.

Online registration may be completed from any computer with Internet access. Any parent who does not have Internet access or would prefer to receive assistance with the process is encouraged to register at any Cloverdale School on Aug. 4 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and 5-7 p.m.

Students new to Cloverdale Schools may register and pay textbook rental fees from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 3. All new students will need a copy of their birth certificate and immunization records.

Schedule changes for current CHS students must meet specific criterion for consideration that was explained to them before the end of last year. Please contact the guidance office after Monday, Aug. 3.

Payment for textbooks is expected at the time of registration.

Payment may be made online using a credit card or debit card.

Free and reduced lunch forms are available through federal programs in the schools for those who qualify. The criteria and applications for these programs can be found online at www.cloverdale.k12.in.us.

Any parent wanting additional assistance should plan to visit their school on Tuesday, Aug. 4 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. or 5-7 p.m.
