Rescheduled FFA car show set Saturday

MOUNT MERIDIAN -- The Cloverdale FFA Alumni Association will be hosting a Track, Tractor and Car Show Saturday, Aug. 1 at the Putnam Park Road Course, 5251 S. CR 550 East, Greencastle, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Classic cars and a few antique tractors will be on display as well as some activities provided by the Cloverdale FFA chapter. It is an event for the entire family with free admission.

Many of the 10/10ths Motorsports members' sports cars will be on display and a few will be available for rides given by their owners. Cost is $20 a ride or two rides for $30 with proceeds to benefit the Cloverdale FFA Alumni Scholarship Fund.

Riders must be 18 years of age and have long pants, long sleeve shirt/jacket, and close-toed shoes to ride per racing safety regulations.

These will be high-speed rides and not meant for the weak of heart. A waiver release will be required before you ride.
