Benjamin Lee Taylor

Benjamin Lee Taylor, 74, of Greencastle, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 2, 2015.

Ben was born on February 5, 1941 in Greencastle to Roy and Zelda (Diel) Taylor.

He was a 1960 graduate of Reelsville High School.

Ben honorably served his country in the U.S. Army.

He retired from Public Service Indiana with 31 years of service.

Ben was preceded in death by his parents, brother Willie Gene Taylor, great-niece Clorissa Taylor and great-nephew Adam Taylor.

Surviving are his brothers, James Taylor and wife Eleanor of Indianapolis and Robert Taylor and wife Joan of Greencastle; and nephews and nieces Michael Taylor, Willie Taylor, Edward Taylor, Daryl Taylor, David Taylor, Jane Taylor-Holmes, Amy Carlton, Rita Hochstedler, Connie Jo Aker, Lora Hott and Janet Taylor Genovese.

Graveside services with honors will be held on Saturday, Aug. 8 at 10 a.m. at Boone Hutcheson Cemetery with Rev. Jim Walter officiating.
