Michael 'Mike' Roy Rose

Michael "Mike" Roy Rose, 59, of Roachdale, passed away Thursday, Oct. 1, 2015 at Mill Pond Health Campus.

Mike was born on Feb. 11, 1956 in Crawfordsville to the late Earl and surviving Elaine (Dildine) Rose.

He graduated from North Putnam High School with the class of 1975.

On Dec. 22, 1983, in Russellville he married Pamela Lea (Neese) Rose. Mrs. Rose survives.

Mike retired from Indiana Department of Transportation where he worked for 35 years as a signal tech. He enjoyed going to festivals working as a vendor, as well as spending time with his family.

Mike was a member of Roachdale Christian Church.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Rose, Roachdale, two children, Matt and Misty Rose, Roachdale; mother, Elaine Rose, Roachdale; three brothers, Raymond (Diane) Rose, Plainfield, Richard (Shirley) Rose, Bellmore, and Ronald Rose, Greencastle; five nieces and nephews, and 13 great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Earl, and sister-in-law Rose E. Rose.

Everyone is invited to visit with the family from 4-7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 5 at Servies and Morgan Funeral Home, 102 E. Washington St., Roachdale.

Burial will follow in Blakesburg Cemetery at a later date.
