RE/MAX Cornerstone Liftoff

Sunday, October 4, 2015
Cutting the ribbon to officially open the new downtown office of RE/MAX Cornerstone Realty Friday afternoon in the old J.C. Penney's building at 2 N. Jackson St. in Greencastle is broker/owner Steve Custis (fifth from left with scissors). Also participating in the ribbon-cutting inside the facility on the west side of the courthouse square are (from left) Marci Hefley, Endeavor Communications; Cheryl Thomas, RE/MAX; Ashley Burns and Josh Richardson, both of First National Bank; Custis; Rachelle Custis, Steve's wife; Lee Fordice, Farm Credit Services; Tyler Cox, Rita Goss and Chris Harcourt, all of RE/MAX; Michael Bertrand, Endeavor Communications; Michael Clampitt, North Salem State Bank; Jennifer Edwards, Putnam County United Way; Andrea Schardt, Eitel's Florist; and Brian Cox, Greater Greencastle Chamber of Commerce executive director. RE/MAX also celebrated its grand opening by inflating its trademark big balloon on the north side of the square during the rain-shortened First Friday festivities that evening. The local phone number for RE/MAX is 653-7070. (Banner Graphic/ERIC BERNSEE)
