Career fair set for Oct. 22 at Putnam County Fairgrounds

Purdue Extension-Putnam County will host its second annual career fair on Thursday, Oct. 22 from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.

The Career Fair will take place at the Putnam County Fairgrounds on U.S. 231, just north of Greencastle.

Career fair attendees will be able to:

* Meet and talk with representatives from a broad spectrum of companies.

* Have an opportunity to fill out online applications during the fair.

* Develop a network of contacts.

Job seekers can visit the Greencastle WorkOne prior to the Job Fair for workshops on:

* Resume creation.

* Cover letters.

* Interview skills.
