Cyril Bernard 'Cy' Bresson

Cyril Bernard "Cy" Bresson, 74, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2015.

He is survived by his two children, daughter Katherine Bresson Kelley (Butch) of Andalusia, Ala., and son Steven Bresson (Laura) of Salem, Ala.; his partner of 25 years, Jerrie Upchurch of Roachdale; brother Delynn Bresson (Barbara) of Hanley Falls, Minn.; niece Robin Nuchols and husband Monte of Milwaukee; and foster mother Phyllis Minehart of Minneapolis.

He also had seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a niece and nephew.

He was preceded in death by his foster father Jim Minehart.

Cy worked for Goodyear for 40-plus years. He served his country as an Airman 3rd Class of the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged.

There will be no services due to the fact that he donated his body to science. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to your choice of the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association or to veterans.

The family appreciates the love, support, kindness and thoughtfulness during this time.
