Macie O. Stephens

Macie O. Stephens, 78, formally of Cloverdale, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015 at Hoosier Village, Zionsville.

She was born June 18, 1937 in Strunk, Ky. She was the daughter of Murry R. Wilson and Myrtie (Spradlin) Wilson.

She married Bobby Ray Stephens, who preceded her in death Dec. 5, 1994.

She is survived by her son, Denny R. Stephens and wife Jennifer, Zionsville; sisters Mittie Broach, Stearns, Ky., and Milicia Kidd and husband Carl, Pine Knot, Ky.; brother Merrell Wilson and wife Beverly, Stearns, Ky.; grandsons Christian Stephens and wife Tricia, and Sean Kilgore.; and two great-grandchildren, Tyler and Taylin Stephens.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her daughter, Cynthia M. Stephens, and her brothers, Murton Wilson, Mitchell Wilson, Murvin Wilson and Marshall Wilson, and half-brother and sister Lloyd Wilson and Cordilla Foster.

Services will be conducted at noon Saturday, Dec. 19 at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time.

Burial will follow at Cloverdale Cemetery.
