Endeavor welcomes LaCoursiere as CEO

CLOVERDALE -- Endeavor Communications has announced the hiring of a new chief executive officer.

New CEO Darin LaCoursiere has 27 years of telecommunications industry experience. Most recently, he spent six years as GM/CEO and operations manager for Valley Telecommunications in Herreid, S.D.

He has a broad and well-rounded background in the telecommunications industry.

"I am extremely excited to serve the members, employees and board directors at Endeavor," LaCoursiere said. "Endeavor has a tremendous opportunity for growth in the telecommunications industry because of the outstanding team of employees that are in place.

"I must commend the Endeavor Team for upgrading their networks and getting fiber to all of the members," he added. "With a forward-looking board of directors and the team of employees in place I am ecstatic and humbled to serve."

Darin is married to wife Laurie and they have three children, Celeste, Chase and Carter.

Endeavor Communications, founded in 1950 as a telephone provider to small towns and rural areas, is a cooperative, meaning it is owned by its members.

Endeavor currently provides landline phone, wireless service, high-speed internet, television, security systems, medical alert systems and IT services to approximately 9,000 active customers who use more than 10,000 access lines in parts of Putnam, Owen, Hendricks, Morgan, Parke, Clay, Tipton and Hamilton counties.
