Tammy Jo Folck

Tammy Jo Folck, 55, of Roachdale, passed away at her residence Wednesday evening, Jan. 6, 2016, surrounded by her family.

She was born on Sept. 20, 1960 at Bedford to Marion and Norma Wagoner Jewell, who preceded her in death.

Tammy was a CNA "certified nursing assistant."

She loved her community and volunteer work and spending time with her family and friends and her grandchildren.

She was a member of Roachdale Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Folck; her children, Beth Kean of Bedford, Bud (Crystal) Kean of Girard, Ill., Amos (Amber) Folck of Fairview, Susan (Casey) Mitchell of Bryan, Texas, Jesse Folck of Hillsdale, and Casey (Jessica) Byrd of Radcliff, Ky.; her siblings, Leon (Judy) Jewell of Bedford, Georgette (Steve) Weller of Roodhouse, Ill., Melvin (Joy) Jewell of Auburn, Ill., Tracy (Bill) Miller, Kincaid, Ill.; several aunts, uncles, grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and her mother-in-law, Hattie Folck.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 9 at the Roachdale Baptist Church, 10 N. Lonoke St., Roachdale.

The family will greet friends on Saturday from 10 a.m. until service time at the church. Pastor Shannon Ivers will officiate.

Burial will follow at Bainbridge Cemetery.
