First Legislative Update of 2016 session Saturday

Putnam County Farm Bureau Inc. will again be hosting its Legislative Update sessions on the third Saturday of each month the 2016 Indiana General Assembly is in session, starting on Jan. 16.

The 8 a.m. program, open to the public, will be in the Farm Bureau board room at 1001 N. Jackson St., Greencastle.

Scheduled to discuss this year's state legislative activities are District 44 State Rep. Jim Baird (R-Greencastle), District 24 State Sen. Pete Miller (R-Avon) and District 37 State Sen. Rodric Bray (R-Martinsville).

Coffee and cinnamon rolls will be provided.
