Regenia Melvina May Griffith, 45, of Greencastle and formerly of Greenfield, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2016.

Regenia (Sake) was born on April 18, 1970 in Hattiesburg, Miss., to H. Eugene Ingram and Julia E. Davidson Ingram.

She was a graduate of Dickson, Tenn., High School.

Recently she was a member of the Greencastle Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1592 and Greencastle Eagles Aerie 4388.

Regenia was a gifted artesian, who enjoyed woodworking, sewing, cross stitching and candle making.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

Surviving are her daughter, Misty Dawn Hazlett and husband John Etheridge of Dickson, Tenn.; her father, H. Eugene Ingram and wife Sue of Springdale, W.Va.; four sisters, Karri Ingram Stewart and husband Rick of Greencastle, Wendie Ingram-Trout of Greencastle, Sherri Camden of Eccles, W.Va.; and Kapatti Thompson and husband David of Greencastle; her beloved grandson, Tyler Blake Etheridge; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A celebration of Sake's life will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20 at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, Greencastle, with Chaplain Nicholas Hofer officiating.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1 p.m. until time of services at the funeral home.

Sake was an avid animal lover and whisperer. In her memory, the family suggests memorials to Rescued Treasures or the Putnam County Humane Society.
