McDonald's honors Lin Zhou as outstanding manager

McDonald's Greencastle restaurant manager Lin Zhou has been recognized as a 2015 Outstanding Restaurant Manager in a recent ceremony.

Restaurant managers selected to receive the honor are among the top restaurant managers in the country and have demonstrated consistent outstanding performance, McDonald's officials noted.

The award is given to restaurant managers who exemplify a commitment to satisfying guests and demonstrate an overall commitment to providing quality, service, cleanliness and operational excellence.

Zhou was recognized for an exemplary 2015 performance.

She has improved daily operations at the Greencastle restaurant, McDonald's noted. Zhou also has improved profitability and helped develop a strong team "to deliver outstanding guest experiences and continues to go above and beyond to build the business."

"Zhou is a significant member of our restaurant team," McDonald's owner/operator Bob Jedele praised. "She always demonstrates strong leadership skills and continues to strive to improve the daily operations of the restaurant. She is a true example of an exemplary McDonald's employee and strongly supports the community we serve."
