Bonnie E. Shea, 97 of Greencastle, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2016.

Born Nov. 13, 1918 in Crawfordsville, she was the daughter of Orville and Nancy (McCloud) Elliott. Bonnie was a graduate of Bainbridge High School.

Bonnie had worked as a housekeeper for the DePauw University president for several years.

She is survived by her sons, Charles E. Shea of Greencastle and Paul E. Shea of Carmel; her sister, Wilma Vaught of Carmel; and a brother, Earl Elliott of Crawfordsville; three grandchildren, Angela Clear, Paul M. Shea and David Shea, all of Carmel; four great-grandchildren, Cody, Brooke, Kaleb and Logan Clear.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles W. Shea; four sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 16 at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, Greencastle. Interment will follow at Bainbridge Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 p.m. Wednesday until time of service.
