Golf scramble to fund Eagle BeThel mission trip to Alaska

Friday, April 1, 2016

The teens of the BeThel Students Ministies are raising money for a summer 2016 mission trip to Alaska.

The organization is planning a golf scramble on Saturday, April 23 to help fund the trip for the youth. The scramble will be at Clover Meadows golf course with play starting at 1 p.m.

Cost of the scramble is $50 per player and $100 for hole sponsorship with all proceeds going to fund the youth trip. Lunch is provided at 12:15 and sign in begins at noon.

Registration for the scamble must be received by April 15. Prizes will be awarded to first and second place teams as well as an award for the longest drive and closest to the pin.

During the mission trips, teens will be helping with a vacation Bible school and church construction project. Additionally they will be serving dinner at Kids' Kitchen.

Kids' Kitchen provides young children ages 3 to 18 with a free meal. Without Kids' Kitchen many needy kids in the Anchorage Alaskan community would go without food.
