Cloverdale picks up win against county rival Eagles

The Cloverdale baseball team got the better of the Eagles Monday with a 6-3 win at South Putnam.

South Putnam got on the scoreboard early with a runs in the first, third and fifth.

Down 3-0 however the Clovers saved their best for last scoring four runs in the sixth inning and two more in the seventh for good. measure.

Noah Winings pitched all seven innings for CHS and came away with the win. He also recorded two RBIs for the Clovers.

Grady McHugh and Daniel Grundlock each record two RBIs.
