Carole S. Burgess

Carole S. Burgess, 71 of Cloverdale, passed away April 4, 2016 at her residence.

She was born May 21, 1944 in Meadville, Pa. She was the daughter of the late John and Ruby (Archer) Moody.

She married Carlos Burgess on Feb. 6, 1965, and he survives.

She served her country in the United States Army, and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Carl R. Burgess, Cloverdale, and Craig A. Burgess and wife Renee, Brazil; two grandchildren; and two siblings, John Moody and Pat Ebbert, both of Meadville, Pa.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 9 with Eastern Star services starting at 1 p.m. and military honors to follow.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time.
