PCPL to host community dialogue on local legislative issues April 14

A community dialogue on local legislative issues and election concerns is scheduled for Thursday, April 14 at the Putnam County Public Library, beginning at 6 p.m.

The program is organized by PCPL's Food Justice Series in response to no March Legislative Update session being conducted by the Farm Bureau.

It will be a brown bag event, so participants can feel free to bring their dinner. Drinks will be provided.

A special invitation is extended to those who work for and represent the citizens of Putnam County, including local politicians, law enforcement officials, health workers and community leaders, along with a request to participate in the discussion.

The agenda is as follows:

-- 6-6:30 p.m.: Meet and greet. If you have a concern, come early and get on the agenda.

-- 6:30-8 p.m.: Presentation of legislative issues and roundtable discussion.

The Putnam County Public Library is located at 103 E. Poplar St., Greencastle.
