Keith Lynn Williams, 83, formerly of Rockville, passed away Friday, May 13, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton, Ohio.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, to Kenneth and Eileen (Scobee) Williams, Keith graduated from Bradley University, and obtained his master's degree in social work from Washington University.

His lifelong career was spent in social work, but his greatest passion aside from his family, was volunteering with the Wabash Valley Power Squadron. Keith served in many capacities at the local and district levels, but most enjoyed the role of education officer.

He also loved to play bridge with friends, and enjoyed listening to classical music.

Keith is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Linda; daughter and son-in-law Janice and Gary Sutton of Dayton, Ohio; son and daughter-in-law Steven and Angie Williams of Crown Point; sister Carol Verbecky of Salt Lake City; brother Gill Williams of Bradford, Vt.; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 18 at Brick Chapel Cemetery, 3747 U.S.-231, Greencastle.
