Organizing Chaos

Banner Graphic/Jared jernagan The 4-H cat show was over Monday, but extension employees and volunteers may as well have been herding cats Thursday afternoon inside the fairgrounds community building. Sorting latch hook from Legos and snap shots from shooting sports, the workers had quite an undertaking to have things ready for the official opening of the exhibit hall at 7 p.m. today. Yet they calmly went about their business, finding a place for everything, such as Jenna Nees (above) choosing a spot for this clock, but only after learning it would not fit in nearly every other display case in the building.
