CRAWFORDSVILLE -- Hoosier Heartland State Bank (HHSB) would like to thank everyone in the community who donated to the Food Drive last week. As a result of this community-wide effort, HHSB delivered 1,460 pounds of food to the FISH Food Pantry in Montgomery County and 300 pounds to the Roachdale Christian Church in Putnam County.

In addition, HHSB thanks County Market for their generosity and support of the event.

“This is one of our favorite annual events,” Brad Monts of HHSB said. “The need for food in both communities is great and we are committed to holding such events in an effort to help as much as we can. Partnering with the community and places like County Market help us make an even bigger impact.”

In addition to non-perishable food items, FISH Food Pantry in Montgomery County accepts the following items: Laundry detergent, body soaps, hand soaps, paper towel and toilet paper. The FISH Food Pantry is located at the First United Methodist Church at 212 E. Wabash Ave. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.-10:30 p.m.
