With some 300 consumers, staff members, employees and board members in attendance, Putnam County Comprehensive Services celebrates its Association Dinner and Annual Meeting with food and fun at the PCCS facility in Greencastle. Executive Director Andrew Ranck, making good on a promise to his staff, conducts the meeting dressed utterly fashionably in a cow costume (above).
