Taking a break from a customer Monday afternoon at Dick’s Barber Shop, Philip Asbell (center) accepts a pumpkin pie from Hickory Creek at Sunset Administrator Jill Stott.

Besides delivering to local police, firefighters and emergency medical personnel, MDS coordinator Christina Burk, Administrator Jill Stott, and activities director Lisa Dodson of Hickory Creek traveled around downtown Greencastle with their specially designed “Macy’s Parade” pie delivery wagon, spreading Thanksgiving cheer with homemade pies made by residents and staff.
