Monday, Nov. 28

-- Imagination Portal Unplugged, 9 a.m.-noon.

Enjoy the Imagination Portal without monitors, video games or music in the background.

-- Community Help Desk, 2-4 p.m.

PCPL has a computer technician available to diagnose and help repair computers and electronics. Most computer problems can be repaired in 20 minutes but if your problem is severe enough, or would take longer than 30 minutes to fix, it is recommended you take it to a professional.

-- Computer Class: Introduction to Social Networking, 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Introduction to Social Networking will introduce patrons to a variety of websites devoted to socializing with others online and ways to protect privacy while enjoying an online social life. Group will mostly talk about Facebook though. To sign up, view the library website at pcpl21.org, call Mike at 765-653-2755 Ext. 118, or stop by the circulation or reference desks at the library.

Tuesday, Nov. 29

-- Community Help Desk, 4-7 p.m.

-- One Hour of Code, 4-5 p.m.

Friends from DePauw introduce the basics of coding.

-- Crochet, 6-7:30 p.m.

Crochet class is currently filled. Visit the circulation desk to sign up for the next session.

Wednesday, Nov. 30

-- Making and Baking with Bridgette: Book Page Silhouettes, 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Bridgette’s goal is to show how a few easy steps can turn into beautiful (and delicious) creations. All events are free of charge, but preregistration is highly encouraged. Patrons can sign up at the circulation desk.

-- Community Movie Night: “Finding Dory,” 6-7:30 p.m.

The movie is rated PG and the running time is 97 minutes. All ages are welcome and snacks will be provided.

-- Literary Ladies: Read Like a Girl, 7-8 p.m.

Thursday, Dec. 1

-- Community Help Desk, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

-- Bridge for Everyone, 1:30-3 p.m.

All who enjoy the game are invited to attend regardless of skill level. Group will be facilitated by Dorothy Brown. If you have questions, contact Barbara Timm at btimm@PCPL21.org.

-- Yoga, 5:30-6:30 p.m.

PCPL is offering free yoga sessions on Thursday evenings.

-- Friends of the Library used technology sale, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. ... or until supplies last.

All items for sale will cost between $1 and $20 and include old technology retired by the library or donated by patrons. The library will only accept cash or checks for the used equipment and everything will be sold as is with no warranty and no refunds will be given. -- Pokemon League, 1-2 p.m.
