Wes Wilson

Wesley W. Wilson, coordinator of Archives and Special Collections at DePauw University, will give a presentation at the Putnam County Museum on Wednesday, Dec. 7, beginning at 7 p.m.

Getting started with genealogy can often mean locating resources to use in the research. Many family history materials are available right here in Putnam County at the DePauw Archives.

Wilson will share practical information about how you can use the manuscripts, records and photographs available in the archives for personal genealogical research purposes.

This program is free and open to the public. The museum is located at 1105 N. Jackson St., Greencastle.

Wilson's appearance is by arrangement with the Putnam County Bicentennial Speakers Bureau.
