Charles “Chuck” Carvey, 55, of Plainfield, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2016.

Services will be at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, Dec 27 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield, with burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 26 at the funeral home.
