Selected from among 30 nominees as kindness winners for February in the Greencastle High School Character Education Program are seniors Elijah Williams and Lindsey Bridgewater. GHS Assistant Principal Jennifer Finnerty (right) and Character Education Program co-sponsor Lisa Duggan (left) present the awards to Williams and Bridgewater, who were selected from among the students nominated by teachers and staff for exhibiting uncommon kindness. Kindness is defined for the program as helping another in need or offering hope and love through acts of kindness. Williams and Bridgewater each receive $25 from the program, which is funded by Balfour, the company that provides graduation items, including caps and gowns, to GHS.
