Legislative Update Saturday morning

Putnam County Farm Bureau will host its third and final Legislative Update program of the 2017 Indiana General Assembly session on Saturday, March 18.

District 44 State Rep. Jim Baird (R-Greencastle), District 37 State Sen. Rodric Bray (R-Martinsville) and District 24 State Sen. John Crane (R-Avon) are expected to attend the 8 a.m. program Saturday in the board room of the Putnam County Farm Bureau office, 1001 N. Jackson St., Greencastle.

Moderator Steve Cash will update the audience on bills of special interest to the Farm Bureau and other agricultural-related concerns.

Putnam County residents are urged to attend the informative sessions.

Coffee and cinnamon rolls will be available.
