GPD seeks information on Sunday night robbery

The Greencastle Police Department is seeking information related to an alleged robbery on Sunday evening.

At 6:30 p.m. Sunday, GPD officers responded to an armed robbery and carjacking at the Berry Street storage units.

The victim reported being zipped tied and put in back of his box truck before being driven out to a gravel lane off U.S. 231 South.

Police believe this Cadillac pickup was involved in a Sunday night carjacking and robbery on Greencastle’s south side.

The suspects were described as a white and black male possibly driving a light-colored Cadillac pickup truck.

Police have released a photo of the suspected vehicle.

Anyone with information is asked to contact GPD Det. Sgt. Michael Collins at 653-2925.
