County Jail

Fourteen people were booked in the Putnam County Jail recently.

Monday

• At 10:51 p.m. Raymond Paul Trimbach, 34, Cloquet, Minn., was arrested at Walmart on a warrant for neglect of a dependent.

• At 10:44 p.m. Nolan Travis Dorsett, 24, Greencastle, was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated.

• At 2:18 p.m. Zachary Nathaniel Muncy, 36, Terre Haute, was housed at the jail on a local warrant.

• At 9:39 a.m. Timothy Darren Tedders, 37, Indianapolis, was booked in on a warrant.

Sunday

• At 12:49 p.m. Lonnie Ray Boyce, 42, Cloverdale, was arrested for violation of home detention.

• At 1:27 a.m. Amy Renee Pridemore, 25, Greencastle, was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia as well as a local warrant stemming from those same two charges.

Saturday

• At 10:58 p.m. Amber Nicole Decker, 32, Greencastle, was housed at the jail on a local warrant for theft and illegal possession of a syringe and a Marion County warrant for theft.

• At 10:33 p.m. Zyan Shadwick Cox, 21, Greencastle, was charged with unlawful possession of a syringe.

• At 9:47 p.m. Brittaney Ann Thacker, 31, Greencastle, was lodged at the jail for unlawful possession of a syringe and on a local warrant.

• At 4:52 a.m. Joshua Andrew Coon, 25, Greencastle, was booked in for driving while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

• At 12:01 a.m. Robert Allen Sink, 34, Roachdale, was arrested for criminal confinement, unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, domestic battery, criminal recklessness, strangulation and intimidation.

Friday

• At 6:33 p.m. Jay M. Scott, 38, Brazil, was housed at the jail on an out-of-county warrant.

• At 3:25 p.m. Christopher Lee Pate, 33, Cloverdale, was charged with interfering with a drug or alcohol screening test and probation violation.

• At 1:13 p.m. Jason C. Ozment, 42, Bloomfield, was booked in for battery.

City Police

Four recent arrests were reported by Greencastle City Police officers.

• At 2:54 p.m. Friday, Tyler James Davis, 20, Monrovia, was arrested by Officer Josh Smith at the Greencastle Walmart store on a charge of theft.

Davis is charged with shoplifting $66.29 worth of items, resulting in his arrest and lodging in the Putnam County Jail.

The police report alleges Davis took sunglasses, an external phone battery and foundation cosmetics, reportedly concealing the items in his pockets.

Meanwhile, Reserve Officers Billy Wallace and Kenny Shepherd made a pair of arrests Sunday evening following a traffic stop on Fillmore Road.

• At 6:11 p.m. Laron Keith Judd, 47, New Albany, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

• At 6:37 p.m. Michael Wade Wise, 57, Fillmore, a passenger in the vehicle driven by Judd, was arrested for public intoxication and public indecency for urinating on the side of the road.

Judd and Wise were both lodged in the Putnam County Jail.

• At 10:37 p.m. Friday, Travis Jeffrey Brandenburg, 20, Terre Haute, was arrested on Veterans Memorial Highway by Officer Alec Pettit on a Putnam County warrant for driving with a suspended license.

Brandenburg was also allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana, in possession of paraphernalia and to be a minor in illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage.

Clarissa Bortner, 20, Indianapolis, a passenger in the vehicle driven by Brandenburg, was issued a summons to appear in court on a charge of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

One additional summons was issued by city officers.

• At 3:45 a.m. Monday, Kayla Glaze, 20, Stilesville, was issued a summons to appear in court on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Glaze was stopped by Reserve Officer Wallace on State Road 240 East.
