Ralph Logan

Ralph F. Logan, 92, of Lexington, Ky., formerly of Russellville, passed away on April 10, 2017 in Bonita Springs, FL.

He was born on April 10, 1925 to John and Ella Logan near Rising Fawn, Ga., on Lookout Mountain.

In 1960 he married Charlene Pittman and had two children, Kendra and Glenn.

Ralph was a member of the U.S. Marine Corps, then worked for Alison Gas Turbine for 39 years before retiring in 1989.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Jack, June, Bill, Ruth, Ernie, Charlie and Katherine.

He is survived by his children Kendra (Bernie) Hartung of Lexington and Glenn (Anna) Logan of Greencastle and grandchildren Julie (Michael) Jones, Mike Hartung and Hunter Logan, as well as a brother David Logan and several nieces and nephews.

No services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made in Ralph’s memory to Joanne’s House at Hope Hospice, 27200 Imperial Parkway, Bonita Springs FL 34135.
