Darrell A. King

Darrell A. King, 83, of Greencastle, passed away Saturday afternoon, April 29, 2017 at his residence.

Born Feb. 5, 1934 in Greencastle, he was the son of Albert King and Mary (Halton) King.

Darrell was a welder/repairman for Lone Star Industries for 43 years, retiring in 1996.

He also was a member of the Grace Baptist Church.

Survivors include four children, Keith King, Greencastle, Timothy King, Morton, Patsy Jacobs, Clemont, and Terry King, Hazelwood; three siblings, Raymond King, Reelsville, Clifford King, Greencastle, and Marjorie King, Cloverdale; and several nieces and nephews.

His parents, first wife Patricia Lucille (Church) King, second wife Patricia J. (Cox) King and brother Jack King preceded him.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 3 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Bousley Funeral Home, Coatesville.

Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 3 with Pastor Bert Brunner officiating. Burial will follow in New Winchester Cemetery.
