A 34-year-old Tennessee man, reportedly driven to Greencastle by a friend for a job interview at the Chiyoda plant on State Road 240, was arrested on four charges early Thursday by Greencastle City Police.

Willie B. Allen of Memphis was lodged in the Putnam County Jail after his 6:13 a.m. arrest by Officer Zach Rhine for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, intimidation and public nudity.

Initially taken to Putnam County Hospital for a blood draw, Allen registered .284 percent blood-alcohol content, more than three times the limit for intoxication.

While at the hospital, Allen reportedly urinated in a sink, police said, resulting in the public nudity charge.
