Caulkins 50th Anniversary
The children of Mr. and Mrs. Danny Caulkins of Cloverdale are hosting a 50th anniversary celebration on Saturday, June 3 from 2-5 p.m. at Soul Harvest Church in Cloverdale.
Danny Caulkins and Kathleen Larson were married on June 9, 1967 at the Church of Christ in Havana, Ill. Danny has pastored churches in Illinois, Missouri and Indiana for more than 45 years and, though presently retired, serves in a volunteer capacity at Soul Harvest Church.
When they first moved to Indiana, he was pastor at Shakamak Community Church in Jasonville and later served Stilesville Christian Church, Bloomfield First Christian Church and most recently Clinton First Christian Church.
Kathleen served as school counselor at Cloverdale Community Schools from 1988 through 2007.
They are the parents of four children, Marsha Darlington of Lincoln, Ill., Rachel Wilson of Evansville, Jeremiah Caulkins of Greencastle and Stephen Caulkins of Cloverdale. They are the proud grandparents of Conner and Evan Wilson, Jade Darlington, Hailey, Carson and Mason Caulkins.
