Tuesday, June 13:

• Baby and Me, 10-10:30 a.m.: Sing songs, read stories, play with toys, talk and laugh with your baby. For Early Talkers (newborns to two years).

• Music Makers, 11 a.m.-12 p.m.: Join us on every second Tuesday of the month for singing, dancing and playing with percussion instruments and a parachute! Babies, toddlers, and preschool-aged children welcome.

• Stop Motion LEGOs, 2-3 p.m.: Using the “Stop Motion Studio” app and working in teams, children in grades 3-5 will create a short animated video with LEGOs. Create a storyboard, shoot photographs and animate the photographs using the library’s tablets. Use the library’s LEGOs or bring your own. • Community Help Desk, 4-7 p.m.: A computer technician available to diagnose and repair electronics. Most computer problems repaired in 20 minutes or recommended to a professional.

Wednesday, June 14:

• Mah Jongg Game, 12:30-3 p.m.: For all players who know the game (not the computer version). Newcomers are welcome to watch and learn.

• Cooking with Kids, 4-5 p.m.: Each month we prepare a simple snack, talk about cooking basics and read some stories while we enjoy our treat. This month is LEGO Brownies. • Ancient Practices for Modern Healing, 4:30-6 p.m.: Practice of ayurved in daily life. This session will teach you how to incorporate basics of ayurved/healing practices into a modern day seasonal routine.

• Learn to Crochet, 6-7:30 p.m.

Thursday, June 15:

• Community Help Desk, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

• Toddler Time, 10-10:30 a.m.: Sing songs, hear stories and nursery rhymes, move around to music and action songs and make a craft. Ages 1-3 years.

• Preschool Storytime, 11-11:45 a.m.: Hear theme-based stories, move around and sing action songs, make a craft and have a small snack. Ages 3-5 years.

• Bridge for Everyone, 1:30-3:30 p.m.: Come to an open bridge game on Thursday afternoons in the Kiwanis room. All skill levels who enjoy Bridge invited. Facilitated by Dorothy Brown. For questions, contact Barbara Timm at btimm@PCPL21.org.

• Brick Club, 4-5:30 p.m.: Build creations using LEGO bricks. Your masterpiece will be displayed in the library!

• Yarn Perch, 5-8 p.m.: Need crochet help or crochet companionship? Jo MacPhail will take her yarn perch on the balcony above the lobby every Thursday evening.

• LibrarYoga, 5:30-6:30 p.m.: Free yoga sessions for all skill levels led by certified yoga instructors every Thursday evening. Participants should wear comfy, stretchy clothes. Yoga mats, blocks, and straps available.

Friday, June 16:

• Imagination Portal Unplugged, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.: Looking for a little quiet time? Enjoy the Imagination Portal without monitors, video games or music in the background.

• Family Film Friday, 1-4:30 p.m.: Join us for a double feature at the library! All ages welcome. This month we’ll be showing two LEGO movies. Both rated PG and the running time is 100 minutes and 129 minutes, respectively. Snacks provided.

• Monarch Butterfly Talk, 2-3 p.m.: Learn about butterflies, bees, and insect gardens.

• Community Help Desk, 2-4 p.m.

• Fuzzy Friday, 5-7 p.m.: Meet local dogs, see dog demonstrations, learn about interacting with animals and meet the PALS Pups!

Saturday, June 17:

• PALS Pup Tales, 1-2 p.m.:

Everyone knows that dogs make the best reading companions, and now you can read to a dog at the library! Join our PALS Pups for their first ever Pup Tales event. Young readers can participate by signing up for a 10-minute slot to read to a dog. You can register by visiting the circulation desk or by calling 765-653-2755.
