Cynthia Jane Jones

On this day of June 29, 2017 Cynthia Jane Jones passed away in her Cloverdale home surrounded by loved ones after a long battle with cancer.

She was born April 29, 1949.

She was preceded in death by her son, Michael J. Patrick, and her parents, James R. and Joan L. Hancock.

She married Walter G. Jones on Jan. 26, 1991.

Survivors include her husband, Walt; a son, Brian L. Patrick of Cloverdale; three grandchildren; great-grandchildren; sisters Lou Ann West (Richard) and Deborah Sparks; brothers Phillip Hancock and Mark Hancock (Sue); her dear friends and caregivers, Tari Gibson and Paul Alleyn, and several nieces and nephews.

Cynthia Jane was a huge animal lover. She worked for many animal rescues and also worked on outside farm projects. She loved and admired working in her flower beds.

She was a great woman of nature and wayward people in need of love. Through the years she took in a lot of animals and people to love and care for.

A service will be held Sunday, July 2 at Cynthia's home from 2-6 pm.

In lieu of flowers all contributions can be made to Cloverdale Ag Center for Hope Haven Horse Farm Inc. in Coatesville or Horse Angels Inc. of Spencer.

Per Cynthia's request a "raise the roof party/benefit" will be at a later date.
