Project nearly complete on PCPL parking lot

Friday, June 30, 2017

The Putnam County Public Library’s new parking lot entrance on Walnut Street has been opened ahead of schedule along with new asphalt for the formerly gravel lot.

Still to be done are resurfacing the existing lot, installing some curbs and repainting all spaces and lines. To complete these, the entire parking lot is expected to be closed this weekend.

“We continue to thank Dick Vance and the entire DePauw Facilities Department for allowing our patrons and staff to use the lot across the street during this project,” Director Grier Carson said.
