LUKAS STOUTENOUR, a junior majoring in teaching Spanish from Coatesville, was among the 977 students named to Augustana College’s 2017 spring term dean’s list.

Founded in 1860, Augustana College is a selective four-year residential college of the liberal arts and sciences in Rock Island, Ill.

Franklin College has announced its dean’s list for the spring 2017 semester. Three local students were named to the list, having earned a 3.5 grade point average or above.

KALLIE JEAN DECKARD, a sophomore, is the daughter of Matt and Laura Deckard of Greencastle.

JOSHUA LEE STEWART, a freshman, is the son of Coty and Jill Stewart of Greencastle.

ALEXIS TAYLOR VARVEL, a junior, is the daughter of David and Miranda Varvel of Greencastle.
