Harold Otis Spicer

Harold Otis Spicer, 95, Greencastle, died on May 17, 2017.

He was born Dec. 10, 1921 in Gosport, the son of Otis R. Spicer and Hattie (Wampler) Spicer.

A celebation of life is planned for 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 5 at the Inn at DePauw.
