Prime Real Estate now doing business in Greencastle
After more 10 years selling real estate, Eric Wolfe has established Prime Real Estate Group, an independently-owned and operated boutique real estate firm specializing in residential sales serving both buyers and sellers in the Central Indiana market.
Prime Real Estate Group also represents sellers and buyers for new construction, farm/land sales, multi-family investment property sales, property management and commercial property sales.
Wolfe is the owner/managing broker of the new firm, located at 25 E. Franklin St. in Greencastle’s downtown historic district. He is initially joined by brokers Sue McCune, Rolynn Ramirez and Vince Aguirre.
Prime Real Estate Group brokers are all proud members of the National Association of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors, and Putnam County Board of Realtors. Brokers are affiliated with the Metropolitan Board of Realtors Broker’s Listing Cooperative.
Wolfe is a top real estate professional in his market with millions of dollars in sales each year. In 2016, his sales exceeded $7.4M with 38 closings earning him the No. 1 sales spot in Greencastle. In 2015, Wolfe’s sales were over $7M with 44 closings earning him the No. 1 sales spot that year, as well. He specializes in Greencastle and Putnam County properties.
Wolfe was raised in Brazil, graduated from DePauw University, and has lived in Greencastle ever since college. He is involved in many local organizations and charities and is married to Dr. June Javens-Wolfe.
McCune handles many of the administrative tasks for the Eric Wolfe Team at Prime Real Estate Group and works as a buyer’s agent. She has been a long-time member of the Putnam County community as an entrepreneur and client-centered service provider in her roles as co-owner of the local Ace Hardware store, customer service representative at North Salem State Bank and then more recently as an administrator at Autumn Glen senior living community.
McCune is involved in many organizations in the community, as well. She is married to Pat McCune and they have many children and grandchildren in the nearby area.
Eubank Ramirez is a licensed real estate broker with Prime Real Estate Group and has Danville, Avon, other Hendricks County communities and Heritage Lake in Putnam County as her primary service areas.
She grew up in Danville, lived at Heritage Lake and now resides in Coatesville. In her past career, she has worked for two law firms and has most recently worked in the wireless industry in land acquisition and development.
Eubank Ramirez is married to Brian Ramirez and has two children. She and her husband are involved in many real estate development projects throughout the state, including the recent development at First Christian Church in Greencastle.
Aguirre is the newest licensed broker and brings years of digital marketing and business experience as a small business owner and entrepreneur. He is the owner of 25/7 Consulting and Distinct Web Designs.
Aguirre is certified by the FAA to use his drone in listing and photographing property or creating a custom video. He also belongs to several charitable boards devoted to supporting local organizations, primarily in areas of small business and economic development.
He is a graduate of DePauw University and resides in Greencastle.
