Homeschool Book Club at PCPL

The Putnam County Public Library will host two monthly book clubs for children and tweens this September.

The first meeting for ages 5 - 8 years will be Sept. 7 at 2 p.m. Participants will read “Bink and Gollie” by Kate DiCamillo and Alison McGhee. The meeting will continue on the first Thursday of every month through November.

The first meeting for ages 9 - 12 years will be Sept. 28 at 2 p.m. Participants will read “The Penderwicks” by Jeanne Birdsall. Meetings will continue on the last Thursday of every month through November.

Participants will receive a copy of book to borrow, and join in games and activities in addition to discussing the book.
