Donald W. Watson

Donald W. Watson, 64, of Plainfield, passed away Monday, Aug. 21, 2017.

Born July 26, 1953 in Crawfordsville, he was the son of Richard and Francis Galloway Watson.

He was raised on a farm in Putnam County.

Donald worked for Umbarger Show Feeds as the logistics manager. He was previously the logistics manager for Inland Container until it relocated.

He was a member of Plainfield Christian Church and an avid golfer.

Survivors include his wife, Denise Hess Watson of Plainfield; daughters Anissa (Matt) Steinborn and Andrea (Scott) Geans; brother Bill Watson; sister Linda (Tom) Miller; grandchildren whom he adored, Kelson, Carson, Harrison, Isaac and Ava.

Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. and continue until the memorial service at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 24 in Plainfield Christian Church.
