Robert 'Bob' Frank Jones

Robert (Bob) Frank Jones, 68, Greencastle, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2017.

He was born May 16, 1949 in Indianapolis to Robert and Grace L. (Tingle) Jones.

He graduated from Arsenal Tech High School in 1968.

On July 29, 1972, he married his sweetheart, Vicki (Rains) Jones, and together they had three daughters.

He was a specialist in commercial and residential flooring for 24 years, and after almost 25 years at Walmart Distribution, he retired in May 2016.

During that time, he spent his days off building a house in which he and his wife resided. He loved spending time with his family, working with his hands and doing odd jobs.

He was generous, kindhearted and quick to lend a helping hand. He was a strong man of faith, and loved the Lord. He was loved by many and will greatly be missed.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Vicki; daughters Kim (Jay) Nicoson, Evansville, Sheri (Glen) Vermillion, Greenfield, and Shelly (Clint) Witt, Greencastle; and five grandchildren, Braden, Jaelyn, Cayden, Blake and Brody.

The family will have a private celebration of life after which they will welcome friends to visit and pay their respects or share their memories from 5-7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 2 at Wellspring Christian Church, 3256 S. CR 725 East, Coatesville (located right off U.S. 40).
